Business Development Representative

Roll Overview

Huckabuy’s Business Development Representative will play an important role in sourcing and qualifying leads/prospects that result in new business. You’ll collaborate closely with account executives to help fill the pipeline by scheduling follow-up meetings and demos with new prospects

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and properly qualify business opportunities and qualified leads
• Focus on navigating through organizations, doing deep discovery and selling to multiple decision makers
• Present business solutions to prospective customers
• Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule prospect calls, meetings and demos
• Become a perpetual student of Huckabuy products and the ever-changing SEO industry
• Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
• Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately and adequate information regarding the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated
• Develop high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with major customers to optimize their SEO growth
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and close deals

Qualifications

• Accredited degree preferred in Business or related field
• 3+ years of proven experience in new account development
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills, combined with effective business judgment
• Ability to deal with autonomy, ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
• Well organized, high attention to detail and deadline oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for SEO
• 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field
• 6-24 months in B2B technical sales experience (or other qualified sales experience)
• Proven success in penetrating new markets and closing new business in a SAAS startup

Account Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, high performing Account Executive with sales experience in B2B software, PPC, or agency environments. This individual will report directly to Huckabuy's CEO, Geoff Atkinson, as we build out our sales team. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker looking to redefine a category and think outside of the box.

The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding sales quota, loves the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of building and growing a pipeline of business as a result of developing solid relationships along with a strategic go-to-market strategy from the ground up. They also have experience navigating through organizations, doing deep discovery and selling to multiple decision makers including C-Suite Executives.

SEO Analyst

Huckabuy is seeking a new team member to join the SEO / Customer Success team! This is a compelling opportunity that blends the roles of an SEO analyst/strategist with a client account manager.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SEO strategies for customers through strategy, development and implementation and measurement of site/content improvements
• Work with external development teams to implement SEO-driven technology initiatives
• Take ownership to ensure SEO projects are prioritized based on ROI
• Manage ongoing data collection and performance reporting to drive retention/renewal of clients
• Deliver an end-to-end customer engagement strategy focusing on consistent communication and establishing a feedback loop while maintaining SEO best practices as well as keeping ahead of market and industry trends to find competitive advantage for our value proposition

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum experience with SEO for e-commerce & enterprise web properties
• Proven experience working within a team setting
• Strong background and experience with HTML, Javascript and web analytics systems
• Strong familiarity with Google and other third party SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Moz/Majestic, ScreamingFrog/DeepCrawl/Sitebulb and Google Analytics, Intermediate/Expert Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to deal with autonomy, ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
• Well organized, high attention to detail and deadline oriented
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills, combined with effective business judgement
• Account management experience a plus
